Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Rohini Foods India. We prepare our foods in small batches to maintain optimal freshness. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Dispatch Timelines

Because our pickles and papads are cured and packed by hand, orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of order confirmation.

Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or national public holidays. In case of high order volumes or unexpected ingredient delays, dispatch may be delayed by an extra 24 hours. We will notify you via email or SMS in such instances.

2. Delivery Estimates

We ship nationwide across India. Shipping duration depends on the destination address:

• Maharashtra & Goa: 2 to 3 business days from dispatch.
• Metro Cities (Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata): 3 to 5 business days from dispatch.
• Rest of India: 5 to 7 business days from dispatch.
• Remote Areas/North East: 7 to 9 business days from dispatch.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout:

• Standard shipping fee: Flat ₹60 for orders below ₹499.
• Free Shipping: For all domestic orders of ₹499 and above.

4. Tracking and Delivery Confirmation

Once your order is handed over to our courier partner, you will receive a tracking link via email and/or SMS containing tracking numbers and the shipping service website. Tracking will become active within 24 hours of dispatch.

5. Address Correction & Non-Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing correct and complete delivery addresses (including PIN codes and landmarks) and phone numbers. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or unavailability after multiple delivery attempts, rescheduling shipping will attract additional charges.
