Cancellation Policy

At Rohini Foods India, we understand that plans can change. Since we process and hand-pack orders quickly to ensure rapid delivery, we have set a specific cancellation window for all purchases.
1. Cancellation Window
You can request to cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it on our website.
Once an order exceeds this 2-hour window or has already been dispatched/handed over to the courier partner, it cannot be cancelled. You will need to receive the package as normal.
2. How to Request Cancellation
To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible via:
- Email: Send an email to support@rohinifoods.in with the subject line "Order Cancellation - [Your Order ID]".
- WhatsApp Support: Message us directly via the floating WhatsApp link on our homepage with your Order ID and request.
3. Refunds for Cancelled Orders
If your order is cancelled within the allowed window, we will process your full refund immediately.
The refund will be credited back to your original payment method (bank account, credit/debit card, or wallet) within 5 to 7 working days, depending on transaction routing pathways.
4. Cancellation by Rohini Foods India
We reserve the right to cancel any order under circumstances such as:
- Product stock exhaustion or raw ingredient unavailability.
- Incomplete shipping address or inability to verify customer details.
- Suspected fraudulent transaction activity.
If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund and an email notification clarifying the reason.
