Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Rohini Foods India. Because we sell fresh, homemade, and perishable food products (pickles, ghee, chutney, and papad), our refund and return policies have specific guidelines to ensure safety and hygiene.
1. Return Policy for Perishable Foods
Due to the perishable nature of food items, we do not accept returns once a package has been opened or delivered in good condition. We cannot resell food items that have left our shipping control due to health and safety standards.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order is damaged in transit or if you receive the incorrect product, we will happily arrange a replacement or refund under the following conditions:
- You must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the package.
- You must provide photographic or video proof of the damage (e.g., broken glass jar, torn seal, or incorrect item label) to our support email.
- Once verified, we will dispatch a replacement at no extra charge or initiate a full refund.
3. Refunds Process
If a refund is approved, it will be processed and automatically credited to your original method of payment (bank account, UPI, credit card) within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your financial institution's processing times.
4. Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account or contact your credit card provider. If you've done this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@rohinifoods.in.
5. Custom Orders and Bulk Bookings
Custom order deposits or bookings for bulk catering/distributor shipments are subject to terms outlined in the specific service contract and may not be fully refundable if preparation has already commenced.
